- almost 9 400 records done
- available in the library catalogue /internally/
- 3 cataloguers hired are capable to make 16 records
per day
- 2 units creators
- external .xls database with the provenance signs
- more than 1 600 provenance signs were
discovered (not 1 600 formal owners)
- database is transfered to the proffesional
solution

21. To present and promote knowledge about the
processed books:
- negotiations with other Czech libraries started
- research libraries in České Budějovice, Liberec,
Hradec Králové
- OAI-PMH protocol set up
- first two library is running, third library needs
to solve some technical problems

legal status of the books:
- analysis is ready and prepare for our usage (will be
translated to English as well)
- Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague
- prof. JUDr. Jan Kuklík, DrSc.
- Mgr. Daniela Němečková
- the aim of the analysis was to declare the current
legal state-of-art of the books, which are
processed in the project
- National Library can add these books to its
collections and preserve them for the future

- 4 internal Books discovered once again seminars
- first three (Prague,2 x Kristiansand) were
successful
- fourth seminar is runnig
- physical and virtual exhibitions
- physical exhibition will take place in Klementinum
- duration 1,5 month
- close contacts with the library specialist about the
scenario
