If you could take look inside your mind you would see that there are two important parts – your conscious mind and your subconscious mind. Your conscious mind is the part that you are aware of and use consciously, whereas your subconscious is your own inbuilt, unknown quantity. You will probably be surprised to learn that your subconscious is the major part of your mind, and indeed is the power behind what makes you who you are. It is your own personal, inbuilt talisman with 2 amazing abilities: it has the ability to draw in wealth, success, happiness and wellness; and it has the ability to drive away these things — to rob you of all that makes life worth living.

It's the second that keeps other people at the bottom all their lives and can also pull those at the top down towards the bottom given the chance. To enable you to harness the powers of your own subconscious for your positive advantage, you must first recognize and understand some universal rules and then adopt them as your very own. Then you must make full use of this new understanding by taking the necessary steps. So what are these rules, and who can use them? They are really quite simple and straightforward and can be learned and applied by young and old alike. They are as follows:  Success comes to those who acquire a burning desire to accomplish their dreams.  Success is accomplished and maintained by those who try and keep going with a think positive attitude.  To become an expert achiever in any human action, you must practice . . . practice . . . practice.  Effort and work may become less arduous once you establish particular desirable goals.  Every problem you encounter becomes an opportunity to benefit when you are motivated by a think positive attitude.  Your greatest power lies in your own self-belief. When you recognize, understand and apply these rules, you tune your personal, invisible talisman to create an inbuilt, think positive attitude. You can be the master of your own fate, but you must first master your own attitude because your attitude determines your future. This is a universal law, and it‘s a law that works whether your attitude is destructive or constructive. The law says that we translate into physical truth the thoughts and attitudes which we hold in our brains,

When you focus on a think positive attitude toward yourself, and your attitude toward other people is generous and merciful, you will be pleasantly surprised to find you receive positive responses and draw in big and generous portions of success. Likewise, if you focus upon your own negatives and your attitude toward others is poor, you invite the power of the negative side of your talisman. This negative side is extremely powerful and very easily unleashed. Unfortunately, when set to work you will find the result, rather than happiness and success, will be despair and defeat. So the question has to be how can you make sure you favor a think positive attitude towards life as opposed to harboring a negative attitude? Some people seem able to utilize this think positive power instinctively and effortlessly, but what of the rest of us? Is it possible to learn how to adopt and focus on a think positive attitude? The answer, based on my own experience, is a definite yes. The very purpose behind my concept of ‗Think Positive Power‘ is to convince people that the effort required to learn how is more than worth it because a think positive attitude is one of the most crucial ingredients in any success story.

In my opinion, the only thing that stops any one of us from achieving our full potential and having wonderful, happy, fulfilling life is that little, pessimistic voice inside most of our heads that tells us ―I can‘t do this.‖ But why doesn‘t that little voice think the other way and say ―I can do this‖? Why is it that the vast majority of us are limited in this way? The answer is quite simple if you think about it. From the moment we are born most of us are conditioned to accept that we will spend our lives working for someone else, making just about enough money to get by (J.O.B. – just over broke). Then, if we are lucky we will retire and slowly fade away. This is an ‗average‘ lifestyle. So, by the time we are old enough to go out into the big wide world our aim is just to survive. If we should dare to dream of anything better the chances are we will come up against our inbuilt ―I can‘t do this‖ attitude and the dream will rapidly fade and die. Like a flower in a patch of thorns, without the regular supply of ‗water‘ in the form of a think positive attitude, the dream will be smothered by the ‗thorns‘ of pessimism. Yet, despite all this, there are still some people who go on to extraordinary achievements and phenomenal success. How can these people manage to achieve success in this environment which encourages us all to be ‗average.‘ What makes these people so different? If you ever talk to any of these people, it soon becomes very evident that one of the most important things about them is their attitude. Somehow, they have managed to overcome the ―I can‘t do this‖ attitude. When they dream of what they could become, they don‘t say ―I can‘t do this‖ and start compiling a list of reasons why. Instead they say “I can do this” and sure enough, they get on and do it!

People with a think positive attitude know that life is: A journey Think positive people know they are almost certain to make mistakes. The difference for them is when they do make a mistake, they don‘t make some big deal out of it. They accept the mistake, learn the lesson and move on. Because of their think positive attitude, they recognize that they have experienced an opportunity to learn something new. They also understand that if the lesson is not learned, life will come back to teach it again and again until it is learned. Not to be taken too seriously Taking life too seriously makes people uptight and stressed. Think positive people recognize an opportunity to laugh and have fun. Everybody should learn to understand and accept that nothing is perfect. Eat ice cream with fries if you want to – why not? Life comes in all shapes and sizes. It‘s a variety of experiences to be enjoyed. Think positive people make sure they enjoy it. Not about survival Think positive people have realized the real truth to a happy and fulfilling life. It‘s not about just getting by, it‘s about having a dream and knowing you are going to get there. Think positive people know why they are here and understand their purpose. Whether that purpose is to teach college football, to be president of a Third World nation or write a bestseller, the think positive person does it with two feet on the ground and with eyes fixed firmly on the destination.

This can only be viewed as an incredibly pessimistic outlook on life, and surely misses the whole point of life itself. In such a downbeat atmosphere, is it any wonder so many of us think ―I can‘t do this‖ and are dominated by the fear that things will go wrong? Life depends on how you look at it. The think positive attitude does not acknowledge pessimism and instead is that of the optimistic realist. Think positive people are aware that things can go wrong because the world is like that, but they do not allow this to stop them from trying out new and different ways to take them to better places and better opportunities. I am not alone Think positive people are aware that other people are more than willing to help them. This is because the world reacts to sincerity in a way that a person reacts to a child. There is no trickery involved. Think positive people are agents of change for the better, not hesitating to help others who are also on the way or seek to find the way. Help yourself by helping others. A think positive attitude will definitely take you to places you never dreamt of.

Once you develop such an attitude and begin to apply it to your life, you're taking the first steps on the road to changing your life and to success. You will be on the right track and headed in the correct direction towards your dreams. To accomplish anything worthwhile in life, it's crucial that you employ a think positive attitude, no matter what other success rules you employ. Your think positive attitude is the catalyst which will lead to a worthwhile end whatever you are trying to achieve. If you allow a negative, pessimistic attitude to prevail, you are inviting the catalyst which results in failure. Grief, calamity and tragedy are just a few of its rewards. Do you think the world has given you a raw deal? I‘m sure you‘ve heard people trot out explanations like: "I never truly had a chance to advance. My dad was an alcoholic." Or "I was raised in the slum area and that's something you are never able to get out of your system." Or "I only had an elementary school education." These are the common sort of statements used by people who feel the world has given them a raw deal. They blame the world and conditions outside themselves for their failures. They blame their heredity or their surroundings, in fact they will blame just about anything they can think of. But the fault lies within! What has really happened is that they have started out with a negative, pessimistic, ‗I can‘t do this‘, attitude. And naturally, with that attitude, they have been handicapped. But it's the negative attitude that is holding them back, not the other things they are so quick to blame as the cause of their failure. You can develop and sustain a permanent think positive attitude by studying, and learning, the principles of ‗Think Positive Power‘ and applying them to your day-to-day
