  • In just a short time since the ATS was invented, recruiting technology has come a long way. Mention how you used the fax machine and how George used the notecards. In early recruiting technology, the process was pretty simple. People applied for a job into your system and you either hired them or you did not. Now with recruiting technologies like the ones we will discuss today, a lot has changed. . .
  • Leaving exhaust as they are participating in other forums. Not always job related.
  • Trend is to the cloud. Let go of on premise in recruitment and HR technology. Levels the playing field for small shops and small organizations. Paying for use and subscription and not incurring a huge cost and having access to databse.
  • Social media can be used for many different things when it comes to recruitment. Things like employer branding, candidate engagement, and jobs distribution are extremely popular.
  • In my prediction, I just mean that good tech is good tech and that technology will allow the best candidate to apply.
