Six not so new perspective for hr managers

  1. 1. Six perspectives for HR managers (for them to be more respected and admired) Organizations are about employees, not employers only. (Help empower employees more to create value.) Genuineness is far more important in managing people than the rule book. (Forget processes, learn people.) Learning is the new leadership. (Promote leaders who learn and help others learn.) The more you share, the more you get. (Give up control, co-create your organization with employees.) Appreciation is much more valuable than criticism. (Focus on employee recognition, not appraisal.) Really top talent creates more talent. (Raise standards at the top, the rest of the organization will follow.)
