  39. Where do I get info from? Am I aggressive in this direction? Do I take notes when I go to hear some one talk? Do I keep a file of all my note and info I have been given?
  40. What is my method of teaching my people new ideas? Do they use them ? Do I have a follow up program to check this?
  41. Show me my greatest weakness and I will make it my greatest strength. Its not a weakness to know what your weaknesses are . Sit and think about this !!! What do I do to realize them?
  42. If we don’t know what our people need to grow we will never succeed. Ask questions. Talk about their goals Ask them to tell you what they are doing and advise them if need be.
