THREE I-526 APPEALS WITHDRAWN 9-11-2015

  1. 1. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services MATTER OF K-S- Non-Precedent Decision of the Administrative Appeals Office DATE: SEPT. 11,2015 APPEAL OF IMMIGRANT INVESTOR PROGRAM OFFICE DECISION PETITION: FORM I-526, IMMIGRANT PETITION BY ALIEN ENTREPRENEUR The Petitioner, an individual, seeks classification as an immigrant investor. See Immigration and Nationality Act (the Act) § 203(b)(5), 8 U.S.C. § 1153(b)(5). The Chief, Immigrant Investor Program Office denied the immigrant visa petition. The matter is now before us on appeal. On July 27, 2015, we issued a request for evidence and joint notice of intent to dismiss and derogatory information. On August 10, 2015, the Petitioner requested that the appeal be withdrawn. The appeal will be dismissed based on its withdrawal by the Petitioner. The withdrawal may not be retracted. 8 C.F.R. § 103.2(b)(6). ORDER: The appeal is dismissed. Cite as Matter ofK-S-, ID# 13619 (AAO Sept. 11, 2015) Three withdrawn I-526 petition appeals posted on the same date. Two were withdrawn on the same date. While it is truly unknown, these or some of them, could be from the same investment. Since they are mere dismissals based on withdrawal, there is simply too little information to bother with them any further.
