I am sorry that I was not more explicit but, this table is not my work. It was posted by USCIS on www.regulations.gov as part of the current OMB (Office of Management and Budget) process to renew the Form I-829 validity date. In this case USCIS is offering the changes listed in this table. If you look at the form there is an OMB expiration date which controls the form review process. Most renewals are extensions without change but all are open to comment. I have commented previously....for instance, a couple of years ago I got USCIS to change the I-829 instructions and form to only inquire about criminal arrests, charges, and convictions "since becoming a conditional resident" as well as changes to regulations, forms and/or instruction for the N-336, N-565, N-600, I-290B and N-470 (and I may be leaving something out). Last but not least, I wrote the "Unofficial Regional Center 'How to Apply' Instructions" which became the core of the Form I-924 instructions. Please find the docket folder for the I-829 at: http://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=USCIS-2006-0009 and submit comments to USCIS.
