This Action is hereby dismissed with prejudice, without costs or attorney's fees to any party. 2. The USCIS Administrative Appeals Office ("AAO") January 6, 2014 decision and order dismissing Khalid's appeal is hereby vacated as null and void ab initio. Plaintiffs Abdul Jalil Khalid, Zohaib Jalil, Farah.Jalil and ShaziaJalil are entitled to Forms 1-551, Lawful Pennanent Resident Card, to evidence their status. 8. PlaintiffShoaib Jalil's application for adjustment ofstatus was initially received on August 24, 2000, and stamped received by the Western Service Center with a receipt date of December 7, 2005. This application was denied onApril 3, 2012, and is reopened by paragraph 3 ofthis order, and shall be adjudicated in accordance with PlaintiffAbdul Jalil Khalid's adjustment ofstatus.
