MOONLIGHTING
Moonlighting is an act of working for two jobs
simultaneously to meet the increasing expenses.
When an employee works a normal 9-to-5 job as a
primary source of income but also works after that at
a different workplace in order to grab extra earnings
it is referred as moonlighting.
For example: A person who is a teacher of a school
during the day but also runs a tuition centre in
evening.

spends more than they
earn.

start spending 50% of
available time for
earning extra income.
When employees have
extra time, and starts
their own business or
industry units with their
jobs simultaneously.
Their social position is
determined by that second
occupation.
