Website Conversion Optimisation Project • Objective: Increase trial signup rate on website • Methodology: • Research: Used Hotjar (web analytics tool) to understand user behaviour on website with session recordings and heat maps • Hypothesis: Formulated a hypothesis that providing more information above-the-fold would increase conversion rate • A/B test: Conducted test with Convert (A/B testing tool) • Results:
 The testing variation turned out to have a lower CVR. I reviewed the test and reported the learnings on design and mobile experience improvements.
