  20. 20. Collaboration! Wiki! Co-Creation! Co-Working! Social Computing! Connected Workforce! Content Economy! Virtual Teams! Platforms! Technologies! Adoption! Innovation! Revolution!

  26. 26. Real ROI doesn’t come from pushing humans into becoming more efficient. Real ROI comes from investing in new collaboration and co-creation systems.
