  • I think mobile will get more momentum over the next couple of years. With the geo-tagging and location it will become a great tool for consumer brands to leverage, although I am interested to see if and how B2B companies can leverage that technology.

  • Thanks Barbara. People are getting on to the Social Media bandwagon in a big way, but somehow businesses have been left behind. Perhaps, 2009 and 2010, they are reconnecting as you say. Is there any further input on Mobile medium automation as well ?
