  4. 4. It all began whenI had a wicked problem.(I felt like I lost my power!)<br />
  5. 5. Here’s what I tried before <br />I tried CPS:<br />
  6. 6. I searched high and low for an answer.<br />
  7. 7. Fact: Chocolate cures all ailments.<br />I searched for comfort...<br />
  8. 8. I searched for someone to help me bear my burden.<br />
  9. 9. I searched the stars.<br />
  10. 10. I searched for career advice.<br />
  11. 11. My feelings before using CPS:<br />Under attack Insulted <br /> Badgered Disrespected<br /> Defeated Overwhelmed<br /> Hopeless Helpless<br /> Beaten Trapped<br /> Despair Alone<br /> Weak Powerless<br />Doom Gloom<br />
  12. 12. CPS moved me from despair to seeing light at the end of the tunnel.<br />

  17. 17. Step 4: Idea Finding<br /> Regenerate, Repair,<br />=<br /> Renew, Reinvent<br />One way is to generate ideas using objects, or random words from books, catalogs, newspapers, etc.<br />
  18. 18. Step 5: Solution Development:<br />Will it?<br />Does it?<br />What are the potentials, <br /> opportunities, concerns?<br />
  19. 19. Step 6: Action Planning:<br />Who might assist?<br />What might they do?<br />When will they do it?<br />How will they do it?<br />
  20. 20. My feelings after using CPS:<br />Empowered Energized <br />Positive Hopeful In control Capable<br />Armed Strong<br />Enthusiastic Eager<br /> Resilient Excited<br />
  21. 21. In using the <br />Creative Problem Solving Process,<br />the only wizard you need is yourself!<br />
  22. 22. Work on all your problems-wicked or otherwise-with the CPS Process!(And get your power back!)<br />
