If you have done this earlier then skip this slide. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Visit the Relay Website. Sign in with your Student ID in the Username and Password fields. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Select the Home tab then Account Settings and edit the following fields: </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Update Your Name. Replace your Student ID with your name. You will still login with your Student ID. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Add your active email address. This is critical. All videos notifications use this address. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Change your password. Secure your account with your own password. </li></ul></ul>Mt. Hood Community College – [Course Title]
  12. 12. <ul><li>Login to Relay Recorder </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Launch the Relay Recorder (Right click and Select Run as Administrator on PC). </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Enter your Student ID Number in the Username and Password fields. Note: E-mail information and the account password may be changed through the Relay web site . </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Record </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Do a test recording to ensure everything works and that you can be clearly heard. Adjust the microphone slider if needed. </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Preview and Trim </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Preview your presentation then use the Trimming feature to crop the beginning and ending of your video. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Enter a relevant title in the Title field. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Add a short Description of the presentation. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Make sure you have a green server icon at the top right of the recorder window. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Select the Submit button to upload your video to the Relay server. You will receive an automated notification containing a link to your presentation at the email address provided. </li></ul></ul>
