5. 5. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC I know that in order to pass the bar exam, I will need to study well. I will need to study for many hours and days. There is a lot to learn.
6. 6. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC Fortunately, I am able to review the material without feeling overwhelmed. When it seems like I am having trouble learning a concept, I remain calm and take a deep breath. I have plenty of time to learn enough to pass the bar exam. I cannot learn it all in one day, so I maintain a steady, focused study schedule.
7. 7. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC During each day of my studies, I wake up and eat a nutritious breakfast. I gather my study materials and go to the library. When I arrive at the library, I put my cell phone on "silent" and I disable my wireless connection on my computer so that I will not be distracted by phone calls, text messages, instant messages, email, or websites.
8. 8. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC I begin my task for the day. Whatever it is (review outlines, practice writing essays, practice MBE questions, etc.) I do it in a steady, focused manner. Sometimes I hear people talking and tune into their conversation, but I quickly re-direct my mind to studying. I know that my success on the bar exam is tied to my ability to focus while I study.
9. 9. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC As I study, I feel myself learning and retaining the knowledge necessary to pass the bar exam. I am learning all of the elements of torts, the tests for the various levels of judicial scrutiny, the rules of evidence, and everything else.
10. 10. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC Some days studying are boring, but it must be done. I chose this path for myself, and I will complete it. On the rare moments when I cannot seem to focus on studying, I get up and go outside to walk around and think about something other than the law. I give my mind a break for a few minutes. When I return to the library, I am refreshed and ready to continue studying.
11. 11. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC By staying on my study schedule I am able to learn and review every topic for the bar exam. It is amazing that I am able to retain all of this information in my mind at once, but I am able to do it. In fact, it becomes easier everyday to retain this information.
12. 12. (c) 2011 BarExamMind.com & Eclectic Esquire Media, LLC I am proud of myself and look forward to taking the exam.
