  6. 6. Process Amplified – Selecting & deleting the background Removing any flaws Exporting as a .PNG file for use in products. This image has a hue and saturation effect, which can be done in Photoshop.
  7. 7. The image illustrates codes and However these image contain most of conventions as the costumes of the artist the codes and conventions. For are following the traditional hip-hop example, the designer clothing convention. However the artist are far signifies not only wealth but also apart from one and another which fashion. illustrates the distance between their relationship. Thus this image could not be used within our products.
  8. 8. Further more I will be using this image as it contains some of the most important codes and conventions of the hip-hop mustic tribe, the depiction of fashion and wealth are some of the many codes and conventions of the subculture portrayed in this image. This image is perfect for the promotional cover as it conveys the superiority of the artist through the pose which illustrates that anything that anyone does cannot impress him. This image is Moreover modifying the image to exceptionally good at attracting the audience as it decrease the dark illustrates the has all the codes and conventions of our chosen character fading into history music tribe: hip-hop. This is evident in the costume without an equal. and body language.
  9. 9. This image is also interesting and exceptional due to the body language of the artist illustrating his superiority thought the serious pose. The facial expression is the main feature of this Mid-shot. This is to illustrate the mood and emotions of the hip-hop tribe. Moreover the costume enforces the codes and conventions of the hip-hop subculture as designer hood along with other clothing is a traditional part of the music tribe.

  12. 12.  This close-up of the face was taken to show the shades and the chains which are very traditional for the hip-hop music tribe as the ‘Bling’ is essential for anyone within the tribe. Moreover due to us following the codes and conventions, the increased efficiency This close once of the image is more likely to attract the audience as they can easily relate themselves with this artist.
  13. 13. The use of proxemics and body language is extremely important within this picture. The proxemics, body language and facial expression within this mid-shot illustrates the relationship these artist share with one and another. I can use this picture within one of my products as it illustrates how important relationships are within our lives and However the image was taken with poor quality, even though how a brotherhood the angels and the mid shots are perfect. Due to the camera protects you from not being unfocused, this image could not be used within our only physical dangers product. but also mental such as greed.
  14. 14. The purpose of these images are to assert authority. This was done by However both of the images contain using a low angle which makes the codes and conventions of the chosen reader feel inferior to the artist thus music tribe. For example the costume, giving status and power to the actor. proxemics and body language is common within the chosen sub- culture.
  15. 15.  For the images we took, they were specially taken to enforce the connotations of hip hop. For example the clothing included a hoodie, jeans, sunglasses, and a chain which are all part of the hip hop subculture.  The pictures were taken to illustrate a hip hop song and enforce a positive connotation for the magazine and DVD cover where work was undertaken immediately in that area. A wide amount of varied shots were taken to give alternate views of the protagonists in Fort Minor- Right Now.  The lighting was very important and therefore it took a considerable amount of time to arrange the cameras accordingly in order to achieve the best results possible.
  16. 16. Behind the Scenes This is the evidence of our photography. The Images Clearly illustrate the originality of our images.
