Adam Cordery appointed Santander Asset
Management's Global Head
of European Fixed Income
■ Cordery brings a proven track record and excellent reputation as a fixed income
and credit asset manager, having previously worked at Schroders.

becoming a global asset management company, delivering great products managed
by leading teams in international markets.
Madrid, 9 April, 2013. Santander Asset Management, Grupo Santander's asset management
unit, has appointed Adam Cordery as Global Head of European Fixed Income within its global
investment team.
Cordery joins Santander Asset Management having previously worked at Schroders where he
was in charge of building portfolios and managing European fixed income funds in Euros and
Sterling. With over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Adam has a proven track record
managing this type of asset, delivering an average 0.75% per annum over the benchmark
indices across a full market cycle.
Adam will be responsible for Santander Asset Management's European fixed income and
credit teams across all of the European countries in which the company operates. These
teams are currently made up of 17 professionals, responsible for over €13 billion of assets
under management through different investment vehicles (investment funds, pension and
institutional mandates).

Adam Cordery, CFA has a B.A in Economics from Cambridge University and will be based in
Santander Asset Management's office in London.
