Within 12 months, I increased daily downloads of the APP by 248%, user conversions by 149%, organic SEO by 38%, website traffic by 44%, and our distribution footprint by 10x’s, and reduced media acquisition costs by 90%. Built a global Content Aggregator and Curator Platform, that fueled our social graph and organic content-to-native-advertising efforts, and drove a 300% increase in our brand-to-consumer engagement on Facebook and Twitter. CHIEF CONTENT DJ, AUGUST 2011 SIDE PROJECT •  To better understand the future of mobile social content, UX, and youth communication habits I started a side project to develop a mobile first software platform that works with brands to define, build and boost their social context. •  Specifically Gravitater is a combination of a content aggregator, curator, and real-time analytics engine, and a content/authors ranking engine that offers an unparalleled view of a digital/social publishers’ audience, reach and influence. •  The results for the brands participating in the BETA include increasing the reach of one of the firms Facebook pages by 3333% and increasing another brands overall social engagement by 7252%. CHIEF MOBILE OFFICER, TRIBAL DDB, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, MOBILEBEHAVIOR, OMNICOM JUNE 2009 TO APRIL 2012 •  •  •  •  •  3 Founded a cross-Omnicom mobile social and user experience and analytics agency, during my 10-yeas with OMC, that was organically acquired in our 2nd year . We became one of only two companies in the history of Omnicom to move from under OMC’s Diversified Agency Services (DAS) to one of the firms 3 global agency brands. At Tribal DDB, I led the transformation of my agency into a Global Mobile Center of Excellence across 20 countries. Built the MobileBehavior blog into a global intelligence brand: Ranked #1 for Mobile Advertising (Twitter), #4 for Mobile Marketing, and 1 of the Top 100 global mobile blogs (PostRank) with traffic weekly from 130+ countries. Executed over 500 mobile social and youth programs, including the fastest selling Java application (MySpace for FOX Mobile), and an integrated campaign for Pfizer’s Robitussin brand that drove a 400% YOY increase in digital traffic, 40% of which was mobile. PRESIDENT ZOOT SUIT AND zoot suit KIDS AND Family for GILLESPIE MCCANN ERICKSON, 1993 TO 1998 •  Started one of the first youth experiential marketing and digital agencies. •  Grew the agency into a global firm, with a client list that included: Crayola, Tommy Hilfiger, and Toys ‘R Us. 7 •  Launched Tommy Hilfiger Kids and led the retail rollout, and advertising for 3 years. •  My agency was acquired in its fourth year by Gillespie/ McCann Erickson (Interpublic). EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR • FOUNDER, SHINE, DECEMBER 1998 TO JUNE 2003 •  Founded the non-profit youth anti-violence and discrimination non-profit SHiNE, and within 3-years secured $36MM in cash and media support from P&G, Kodak, Chrysler, Levi’s, MTV, Nintendo, and others and an “A” list of active supporters including Muhammad Ali, Beyoncé, Dave Matthews, Method Man, and Presidents William Jefferson Clinton and George H. Bush. •  Developed the first, online youth pro‐social social network to advance social change. •  When MTV went “dark” for the only time in it’s history, together with my team, I developed the content and managed MTV’s US TV and social networks for 16 hours to engage youth against discrimination.
