  1. 1. The football fever has gripped the world with the unveiling of FIFA World Cup 2022 and fans gearing up to watch the stellar performance of their heroes. Every four years the best football teams across the globe chronicle history on the field, and what makes them best, is probably known to all. It is nothing but great teamwork and the right attitude. Attitude determines how well you do it.” The strength of the team is each player, and each player draws his strength from the team. When we work in teams to implement critical projects in the organisation, let’s strategize like the game of football. We should play only to win, and should we lose, how we play next is critical!
