How to add students to google apps for education

1. ADDING USERS TO

2. OPEN YOUR WEB BROWSER AND
NAVIGATE TO
www.admin.google.
com

3. LOGIN WITH YOUR
@UCPSTUDENT.ORG EMAIL
The format is usually : ms.wilkins@ucpstudent.org

4. CLICK ON USERS

5. CLICK THE + IN THE BOTTOM RIGHT
CORNER AND SELECT ‘ADD USER’

6. CHANGE THE DOMAIN FROM
BAILESBEARS.ORG TO
UCPSTUDENT.ORG

7. TYPE THE STUDENT INFORMATIONTwo notes on passwords!
First, it must be at least 8
characters long
Second, when done this way
the system will automatically
force the student to change
their password the first time
they log in. You can put a
dummy password here, and
help your children put the
‘right’ password in the first
time they sign in.
If you use the mobile app to
do this, you can uncheck the
box requiring them to change
their password OR you can
send an Excel spreadsheet to
