So I would like to give some suggestions which ware the result of my surveyundertaken.[Questionnaire& personal interview.]1. As most of the workers are partially uneducated, the company should provide some education & training programme.2. The organizations should conduct induction training programmes at least twice in a year to the workers whose performance is bad.3. Around 40% of the workers are below SSLC & illiterate.
