Further, other objectives are to understand customer perception aboutcurrent account, their exception from new banks like ICICI Bank. By understandingcustomer perception and exceptions, bank can frame their strategy to make their positionmore strong in the market.METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDYSample Profile For the survey, 100-sample size was to be covered as a small number ofemployees made up the whole work force.Tools for data collection The research instrument used for the study was a structured questionnaire with amix of a majority of close-ended questions and a few open-ended questions. “Closeended question” asked users to respond on a scale, “excellent”, “best”, “good”,“average”, “poor”.
