23 & 24 October Ft Riley Prescription Drug Collection Day: Fort Riley will offer a prescription drug collection point from 3 to 6 p.m. Oct.
23 and 24 at the Exchange, located at 2210 Trooper Drive. The Fort Riley Army Substance Abuse Program event is part of the larger
National Drug Take Back Day. Old and unused prescription drugs may be disposed of at the collection point. Flushing these drugs down
the toilet or throwing them away are both potential safety and health hazards. For more information, contact ASAP at 785-239-5075.

13 November Operation Santa Claus Ribbon Cutting Ceremony kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 1300 in front of 261 Stuart
Ave, Santa's Workshop. At the kickoff ceremony, attendees learned more about the Operation Santa Claus program and its impact on
Military Families in need. The Association of the United States Army partners with Fort Riley to assist Families who may be facing
financial difficulties this holiday season by providing toys and gift cards for children 2 to 16. Operation Santa Claus is Fort Riley's single
holiday charity event. The gifts gathered from the collection points will be distributed to military families throughout the Central Flint Hills

Army Family Action Plan (AFAP)-The AFAP is an Army-wide Program that allows all members of the Army, Retired Military, Family
members and Civilian Employees to identify issues of concern that impact the well being of the entire Army Family. Through this
process, issues requiring actions are prioritized, assigned to a lead agency for resolution, and an action plan is established to achieve
desired change. “You” can make a difference and be a part of this conference. Let “YOUR VOICE BE HEARD.” They are looking for
Delegates to help work the issues that are submitted, Volunteers to assist with the Conference and most of all issues…YOUR Issues.

8. The Kansas City Chiefs are offering discounted tickets to Fort Riley Soldiers and Airmen for their annual Military Appreciation Day Game.
The Chiefs take on the San Diego Chargers on Nov. 24 at Arrowhead Stadium. The seats are located in Field Level - Touchdown Zone and
Field Level - Red Zone. The tickets typically cost $94 and $80, but are available to Fort Riley Soldiers and Airmen for $25 each. Order
