Read about how Multi-Chem is more effective and efficient after having deployed
BP Logix Process Director.
A service of Halliburton, the fourth largest and fastest growing oil and gas production chemical company in the world, Multi-Chem delivers oil field products, gas well treatments and pipeline solutions to companies like Chevron, Chesapeake Energy, EOG and Occidental Petroleum.
Needing a solution to streamline and standardize its processes, pinpoint the status of approvals and disposition of key documents, provide electronic signatures and electronic notification, Multi-Chem’s IT department reviewed Adobe, SharePoint, InfoPath and BP Logix Process Director. Over a period of two months they evaluated the products, weighing product features and functionality, as well as costs. Multi-Chem’s IT team then selected Process Director to not only address its immediate needs but acknowledging that it could scale to meet future requirements.
Beginning with HR processes then expanding to Finance, Training and Facilities, Multi-Chem is automating its workflows and processes, becoming more efficient and effective. Company policies are now more easily enforced, lost opportunities reduced and its business processes standardized. There is also no longer a need to FedEx documents between locations and departments. Process Director’s electronic “audit trail” tracks approvals and authorizations; the status of any document is immediately known and both completed and pending approvals are visible. Employees receive email notifications as new documents are checked in so that they can instantly interact and process those documents.
