  9. 9. Introduction WhisperPower<br /><ul><li>Founded July 2007 by Roel ter Heide, MD of Victron Energy (1983), founder of Mastervolt (1991), Mastervolt Gensets BV (1998). The Sun Factory (2000), and Hybrid Power Systems (2010).
