  4. 4. Immigration Expectations 1. Make sure you have a valid passport of your own 2. Prior to travel, you must apply for an ESTA 3. You must complete an I-94W form 3 days before travel (Thursday 7th February 2013) NOTE: Failure to do so will result in no-check in!!!
  5. 5. How to complete an ESTA ALL UK PASSPORT HOLDERS MUST OBTAIN AN ESTA 1. THE COST IS $14.00 (about £9) 2. YOU must do this, and take note of the reference number 3. You can only do this with a Mastercard, Visa Card, or an American Express card NEARER THE TIME ARFAN/LIAM WILL TAKE NOTE OF YOUR ESTA NUMBER

GETTING AROUND THE CHEAPEST AND FASTEST WAY TO GET AROUND IS PUBLIC TRANSPORT - Subways (underground) - These run every 2 – 5 minutes - MTA Buses TIP: Whilst you are there buy a MetroCard for $29 (£18) for unlimited travel for the week - Bus drivers do not give change, and a one-way fare is $2.50 (so its cheaper with the MetroCard)
