  3. 3. Batara Guru could notbear it. He made the fish free.As soon as it was free, the fishchanged into a very beautifulwoman. She attracted BataraGuru so much. He felt in lovewith that fish-woman. Thewoman wanted to marry withhim and said that Batara Guruhad to keep the secret whichshe had been a fish. BataraGuru agreed and promised thathe would never tell anybodyabout it.
  4. 4. They were married happily.They had two sons. One day BataraGuru got very angry with his son. Hecould not control his mad. Heshouted angrily and got the word offish to his son. The son was crying.They found their mother and talkedher about it.
  5. 5. The mother was veryannoyed. Batara Guru broke hispromise. The mother was shoutingangrily. Then the earth began toshake. Volcanoes started toerupt. The earth formed a verybig hole. People believed that thebig hole became a lake. Then thislake is known as Toba lake.
