Effective Performance Management is all about setting goals, agreeing objectives, designing Key Performance Indicators, reviewing and monitoring performance and giving feedback using a transparent and equitable measurement system.

The Workshop Enables Participants to:
Describe the purposes of performance management, from an organizational and individuals' point of view
Derive goals from their vision, mission, values and strategy
Design Challenging SMARTC Goals
Set Key Performance Indicators for tangible and intangible actions
Make their performance measurement system robust
Achieve consistency in performance monitoring

Methodology:
The workshop is based on gaining knowledge by interactive engagement. Participants will learn through discussion, role plays, group work, templates, exercises and feedback.
