It is said that a 'Great Doctor with a Bad attitude is indeed a very Bad Doctor'.
If we think Positive we can be happy at all times, and we can accomplish all that we want with ease. We will further spread more positivity and helps others be positive as well thereby creating a domino effect.

  3. 3. RWID - Framework Relative Weight Of Importance And Duration. • Continuously choose to focus on positive thoughts over the negative thoughts for longer periods, the principle of RWID work in our favor.
  4. 4. Reprogram Only for Happiness Happiness "THIS IS IMPORTANT!!!" flag on the little things that make you happy. Over time (and not much time, as it happens), your brain becomes acclimatized to being happy.
  5. 5. • Importance Of Repetition ❑ Work out your mental muscles repetitively and consistently for Positive Thinking . This is the only way to ensure a long lasting subconscious mind shifting. Focus-focus-focus- Positive Thinking
  6. 6. Write down 5 questions that you’re going to ask yourself three or four times a day. Five questions that are positive for yourself that you’re going to ask everyday. Five questions Condition your mind Read them and answer them. Every morning, and then at lunch and again at night read the questions, answer them.
