1. New ERP-system for a construction company.
Amotek technologies analysed the internal information flow of an organisation
with 40+ employees. Thanks to this analysis we discovered flaws and weaknesses
resulting in unnecessary costs and inefficiencies for the company. Our specialists
designed and implemented a new system and trained their staff to work with
their new system.
2. Information flow of a corporate company.
After analysing our clients costs and efficiency we noticed that they spend a
significant part of their budget on customer service by calling. We conducted
interviews with their clients to determine their needs. Thanks to our conclusion
and recommendations, their in-house IT department was able to develop a new
tool based on customer needs.
3. Funding for an innovative blockchain startup
Our intrapreneurs got around the table with an innovative blockchain platform
trying to disturb invoicing processes. We helped determine their roadmap to
