Roles and responsibilities - Business Analytics Associate Consultants play a crucial role on project teams. Their role is to take end-to-end responsibility for creating and
supporting analytic solutions and processes to address specific client questions, especially related to sales and marketing operations. In addition they-
* Design and build analytic solutions to address client issues using statistical techniques and tools like Excel, SAS, Access etc.
* Understand client business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes
* Lead design of analysis and overall quality of project deliverables
* Leverage optimization techniques to guide clients and ZS teams to the best decisions
* Simulate the impact of a client's future sales or marketing activities on their future real-world results
* Review, refine and synthesize output from your Associate team
* Actively co-ordinate with local and global ZS teams
* Develop deep expertise in solving client's sales and marketing problems and share the same with the team
* Leverage problem solving skills to address ad hoc client analytic needs

Additional Information:-The Business Analytics Associate Consultant position provides you with immediate opportunities to take responsibility on consulting
assignments, gaining exposure to a variety of sales and marketing issues. Your work on projects will strengthen your business and consulting skills while leveraging your

At ZS, project teams are typically small with people drawn from all levels of the organization and often from different offices. Your learning is accelerated through
frequent interactions with experts. While most of the work will be done in India, there may be trips to the US or Europe for knowledge transfer, training, and exposure

the development of expertise in (a) sales and marketing data, processes, and analytics; (b) technical skills for analysis and configuring and/or building systems; and (c)
pharmaceutical industry sales and marketing issues.
