PROCESSING FOR PU/PVC LEATHER CLOTH
PU/PVC leather manufacturing process includes the base
fabric processing, compound preparation, coating and
laminating, gel change, surface treatment, embossing,
cooling, coiling process, etc. There are four types of
production methods for processing with PVC LEATHER
CLOTH which are as follows:
1. Direct coating method
Will melt direct coating with blades in the pretreatment of base of cloth and
into the box on the DOP/DBP/DHP/DOA(70%) + RESSOL 30%+100 ML
PHENOL 40 MIXTURE to Gel plasticization and plasticizing, then the
