RESSOL - ECO FRIENDLY PLASTICIZER INTRODUCTION RESSOL, a new type of plasticizer for PVC toys and chemical Products, can replace DOP, DBP and ensure the same quality upon different PVC products. It can be used in plastic products, like plastic film, wire, cable, gas pipe Rubber sealing strip, tubular product Footwear, and artificial leather cloth. RESSOL as an eco friendly plasticizer is efficient, has good impermissibility, with a high safety factor and is very flexible. RESSOL AS A DOP REPLACEMENT RESSOL based ester compound which can replace 30% of DOP and in turn gives saving to the manufacturer who is in the competitive PVC line market as well as performance based line markets. The development has been done by manufacturing suitable ester based dependable quantity of DOP Replacement under the trade name RESSOL. RESSOL can be used to the tune of 30% as a DOP replacement on the basis of practical usage in all types of PVC compounds. PROPERTIES OF RESSOL RESSOL Plasticizer, an oil liquid with light color, can completely replace DOP and DBP.   3. 3. Tear Resistance PROCESSING OF RESSOL BASIC PROCESS: The Basic Process to Be Followed In Processing RESSOL - For Replacing DOP Should Be Done By Two Methods 1. For Dry Compounding 2. For Wet Compounding DRY COMPOUNDING In Processing Of The Dry Compounding Resin Should Disperse With 70% Quantity DOP Which Is Used By The User In Previous Type Of Processing In Mixer Along With Other Additives Required By Him For Finished Product They Produce And Take Mixer Temp Between 60-70 Degree By Running The Mixer & Then Add 30% Of RESSOL Followed By Same Process WET COMPOUNDING In This Process The 30% RESSOL Should Be Mix Properly With DOP/DBP Properly And Resin Should Be Mix Considering This Same Quantity Blended Product Should Be Consider As Total Quantity He Is Using Of DOP As Per Requirement RESSOL for Various Application Areas: The excellent performance characteristics of RESSOL have led to its adoptions in various sensitive and diverse applications.

Some common uses of RESSOL are: Indoor Surfaces RESSOL is a ready replacement for general purpose phthalates, and is widely used in flooring applications from PVC carpet backing to vinyl composite tile, luxury vinyl tile and commercial and residential sheet applications Flexible PVC RESSOL can be used from childcare items to toys to garden hoses as it works with most flexible PVC applications. PVC Leather Cloth RESSOL is used for manufacturing leather cloth, footwear, raincoats, cable compounds, PVC Film/Sheets etc. RESSOL can also be used in non polymer applications including anti-corrosion paints, anti fouling paints, inks, adhesives and sealants.
