  2. S T E P O N E Shortly you will receive an email from our Studio Manager, inviting you to use Wrike. Follow the link and enter your details to complete the signing up process.
  3. S T E P T W O Your account manager will upload your proof to a Wrike component, and will ‘tag’ you to notify you that it is ready to be reviewed (this should also send you an automatic email notification). We always upload our proof files as a PDF.To view your proof in Wrike, just click on this PDF icon! HOW TO VIEW YOUR PROOF
  4. S T E P T H R E E It’s time to review your proof! Wrike Proof is a very interactive process and you can annotate and leave comments in a number of ways, including highlighting text, pointing to finer details and even drawing on your proof. HOW TO HIGHLIGHT TEXT DOT MARKER The dot marker tool should be selected as default. Left click where you’d like to make a change to your proof and type a comment. Select the highlight text tool. Left click and drag across a section of text which you’d like to change, and then type a comment. Select the free draw tool. Left click and drag your mouse to annotate on your proof and then type a comment. HOW TO FREE DRAW
  5. S T E P F O U R Make sure to tag your account manager to notify them when you have finished reviewing, and any changes can be booked into our studio to be completed as soon as possible. HOW TO TAG YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER 1. Left click anywhere in the free typing field at the bottom of the component. 2. Type “@” into the field.This should reveal a list of options for who to tag. 3. Continue to type in your Account Manager’s name until they appear as an option in the list. 4. Left click your Account Manager’s name. 5. Add any comments as required to the free typing field. 6. Left click the “Send” button to the right of the free typing field. HOW TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF A COMPONENT 1. Click the coloured tab at the top of your Wrike component (it should say “Client [PROOFING]” and be orange 2. Select “Changes Requested” if you’ve added any amends to the component, or “Client [APPROVED]” to approve your artwork for print.

S T E P F I V E After we’ve made any changes, your Account Manager will upload a further proof and tag you in the component.Wrike Proof has a version control feature which at this stage will allow you to compare your proof with previous versions.This makes it a piece of cake to check that you are happy with the changes that have been made!   7. S T E P S I X If you’re happy with the updated proof, comment and tag your Account Manager in the component to let them know! If you have any more changes, just repeat the process of reviewing your proof and making comments within your allocated rounds of amends until you are satisfied! Please note, once you approve your artwork we will send it to print exactly as it appears in the proof. HOW TO APPROVE YOUR PROOF Just click the blue “Approve” button at the top of your component.
