13. You do have some sponsors, right?
Yes, we do. As a matter of fact, we will have some of our
sponsors choose a representative from their organization and
speak in between parts of the show to give an education on
medicinal marijuana. As well as what services they provide as an
organization. The following sponsors will be present:
14. Risks Involved
Financially
- The risk is that the goal is not met and the
dependency is upon the sales at the door solely. The
resolution for this is that the sponsors understand the
money invested may not add up to the 15% invested
in the show in a contract.
Security
- The patrons at the show will constantly try to
smoke marijuana in the audience. Therefore,
security will be on site in the crowd to escort those
out who would do so.
15. What I’ve learned?
Putting together an event like this would have to have more
heavily detailed contracts involved. So that all artists and
sponsors know what they are putting into this show as well
as what they are receiving out of it. Also, the fact that this
show is based on a heavily debated topic, extra pre-cautions
for security would be needed and detailed carefully.
