Setting Up New User Roles for your Hotel App with

  2. 2. (1) Select “Users & Roles” from the “Settings” drop down menu.
  3. 3. (2) Administrators for the hotel app can create a new user by clicking “Create User.”
  4. 4. (3) View the number of unique ‘Guests’ that have logged in or the number of ‘Activities’ that they have performed. (3) Enter details for the new user.
  5. 5. (4) Assign the appropriate level of access for that staff member.
  6. 6. (5) Enter the new user’s name and details, then simply click “Save” to activate the new user.
  7. 7. (6) The new user can now log in to the Appy Hotel backend with their chosen email address and password; the menus will then be limited to reflect their level of access.
