  2. 2. (1) In the “Be Appy” drop-down menu, click on “Loyalty Program.”
  3. 3. (2) The first setting is the Points Expiry, this indicates how long you want the loyalty points that guests accrue to be valid for. In this case we’ve set them to last for 1 year.
  4. 4. (3) Popular actions such as signing up, checking in, completing a guest survey and sharing on social media have been built into the Appy Rewards system. You can then assign a set amount of points for these actions at your discretion. Choose between First Time only, Once Yearly, Once Monthly, Once Weekly, Once Daily & Unlimited.
  5. 5. (4) When setting the status tiers of your loyalty program you can choose to have your members’ status remain unlimited or impose conditions upon it. If you elect to place conditions upon the tier statuses you can choose how long your members have to accrue these points in order to progress a level.
  6. 6. (5) Setup status points requirements: Enter the name, description and Points requirement to reach each level.
  7. 7. (6) Add photos and edit definitions before selecting “Published” and clicking “Save.”
