View guest
booking
requests on
your
dashboard

Or from the “Guests” drop-down menu,
select “Bookings”
(3)
Bookings are
listed chronologically
(4)
Access a booking
by clicking “Read”
(5)
While viewing a
booking request you
have the option to
forward it onto
another person or
department if
relevant
(6)
Once a booking request has been dealt with,
simply check “Handled” to remove it from
your list of things to do
(7)
Export all your booking
requests as a CSV file
Congrats!
You can now deal with
all booking requests
sent via your app and
website.

  3. 3. (2) Or from the “Guests” drop-down menu, select “Bookings”

  5. 5. (4) Access a booking by clicking “Read”
  6. 6. (5) While viewing a booking request you have the option to forward it onto another person or department if relevant
