Good Afternoon,I am David Gersten , a Business Development Executive from Apex Computer Systems in Cerritos California.For the last 12 years I have been intimately involved in solving businesses problems by looking at internal procedures and processes and identifying ways to improve them.With me today in the audience is Planet Together. All of the software solutions we implement fall into the category of business productivity software. In addition, inventory automation and accuracy will allow you to make smarter decisions too.
By increasing efficiencies and improving processes some people are often concerned about compliance and quality suffering.By using tools that help you take the manual processes out of the “you can and you can’t rules” you will see how the systems can actually help ensure compliance.Through electronic document approval processes, inline quality control tools, electronic records management and digital archiving of data, important regulations like 21 CFR 11 and ISO 9001/9002 compliance becomes much easier and successful to manage.

After evaluating your enterprise procedures and processes you should be able to implement rule based solutions that will decrease errors caused by manual, tedious and siloed processes.What is often identified is that there are too many systems and tools that companies have invested in and none of them speak to each other. As a result, many are underutilized and previous financial investments end up sitting idle.Giving more control and management functionality to IT with easily integrated systems and fewer systems overall will result in immediate savings.
