December 19, 2014; February 13, 2015; April 10, 2015; June 5, 2015; and July 31, 2015. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that by no later than August 14, 2015, the parties shall file a second joint
status report setting forth a proposed schedule for further proceedings should litigation be
