  3. 3. Bran Flake Pancakes
  4. 4. Serves 4 (2 pancakes each)This delicious Bran Flakepancake recipe, gives you agreat start to your day.Its low in fat, quick and supertasty.
  5. 5. Ingredients* 50g bran flake cereal * 1 medium-sized egg* 150g self-raising flour * 2 tbs clear honey* 150ml semi-skimmed milk * 25g chopped dried apricots =
  6. 6. Place the self-raising flour in a large bowl andwhisk in the egg.Gradually add the honey and milk and then whiskto form a batter. Stir in the sultanas and branflakes.
  7. 7. Heat a little sunflower oil in a frying panand add 4 tablespoons of the mixture intothe pan.Cook gently for 1-2 minutes, turn over andcook for a further minute until golden.
  8. 8. Repeat to make four more pancakes.Serve drizzled with honey and freshly choppedfruit. Enjoy!
