  5. 5. Ingredients* 2 wholegrain flatbreads * 1 cup baby spinach* 1/2 cup pizza sauce * 1/4 cup goats cheese* 2 tbs dried oregano * 2 tbs pine nuts =
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 350F (gas mark 4) and bakethe flatbreads for 7 minutes.Spread pizza sauce over the flatbreads and thentop with oregano, baby spinach, goats cheese andpine nuts.
  7. 7. Bake for a further 12 to 15 minutes.Cool on a wire rack and serve.
