  2. 2. Beyond Chronic Pain  “What I like about “Beyond Chronic Pain” is that it does look at all aspects of living with pain and understanding and attending to all parts of one’s life in order to get better pain care and also to live a more fulfilling live with pain. It’s down to earth and practical, having exercises and being interactive by asking people/readers to make lists of various kinds and meditate on various things. So it’s more than a book; it’s really a companion to someone who really wants to understand his or her pain and live a better life with pain, while putting it into the perspective of whole living with body, mind, and spirit. I think it’s a great tool for people who are living with pain.”  Will Rowe – CEO American Pain Foundation 
