- About I am Director of a Teaching School Alliance in Staffordshire. I have been in school leadership for 10 years, with experience of leading and facilitating courses on educational leadership and teaching and learning. I have also spoken at SSAT national conferences on assessment in science, literacy across the curriculum, using data for appraisal and engaging women into science and engineering. In 2011, I was awarded the Lloyds Register Educational Trust Teacher of the Year UK for my STEM work and am the UK recipient of the 2014 Yale University Educators Award.
