- About I founded the The Inspired Group in 2005 and present weekly radio programmes The Business Hub and The Social Media Show. TIG provides Business Growth Programmes for small businesses, supported by networking events. I've produced several business development and personal development programmes and mentored many business owners. I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management (now incorporated into the CIPD) while working for The British Printing Corporation in the 1980′s. Claim to fame: implemented the first set of Equal Opportunities legislation.
