About Anitra Nottingham is a graphic designer, educator and writer specializing in online design learning and teaching. She is a graduate of the Monash University Design School, and holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Melbourne. Anitra is Online Director for the School of Graphic Design at San Francisco’s Academy of Art University, where she leads its international online teaching team from Melbourne, Australia. Anitra writes classes and teaches research methods, design history and typography. Her research interests are in the sociomateriality of design education.
