Responsible for Sales of 30 Resorts/Hotels which are located on 24 Leisure destinations and 4 Business destinations(Gurgaon,Mumbai,Pune & Hyderabad pan India. Looking after Corporate, Event management companies, tour operators and Individuals. Negotiate rates and other clients bookings based on client usage/history time of year and to keep Hotel in the top rankings of the comp set. Maintain all calls, tentative bookings, definite bookings and other relevant data in the hotel sales format. Work with and professionally interact with the RM Operations & Head Sales and affected department heads regarding Hotel services provided to Corporate clients such as rooms division and food and beverage services. Achieved booking goals by prospecting clients in the market. Supervision & Regular Training for Sales Staff on Company Standards, Sales techniques, Work Ethics, e.t.c. Identify, research and develop clients from smaller companies (based on annual revenue and staff) as potential clients for negotiated rate contracts. Arranged and conducted site visits/tours as required. Maintained all phone and e-mail contacts, ensuring return of all calls and emails.
