❏ Apples are not the best fruit to keep people away from the doctors.
❏ Fruits are beneficial for the blood system. They can prevent and fight colds,
which helps people to be healthier.
❏ Berries are generally more beneficial for a person’s health than apples are due
to their amount of Antioxidants and Vitamin C .
