ELECTRICAL WIRING
DIAGRAM
A simple visual representation of the physical connections
and physical layout of an electrical system or circuit.
WIRING DIAGRAM
It is a conceptual representation of components of wire connection. It
shows the layout of the wirings to show the physical relation of all
devices in the system. Mapping the details and information of the
diagram.
SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
A schematic diagram is a fundamental two-dimensional circuit
representation showing the functionality and connectivity between
different electrical components.
WIRING VS SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
Wiring Diagram – also called connection diagram, however, do show low equipment is laid
out and the connections between them.
Schematic Diagram – The diagrams uses symbols to identify components and
interconnecting lines to display the electrical continuity of a circuit.
BLOCK DIAGRAM
A block diagram is a diagram of a system in which the principal parts or functions are presented by blocks
connected lines that show the relationships of the blocks. They are heavily used in engineering in hardware
design, electronic design, software design, and process flow diagrams
PICTORIAL DIAGRAM
A pictorial diagram uses pictures to represent the different components of particular system. Pictorial
diagrams may have realistic pictures to make the various components easier toidentify.
