Both organically and through acquisitions, we have successfully expanded our platform throughout the U.S. to include fund management, principal investment, mortgage origination, loan servicing, investment sales, property management and brokerage. Our most recent acquisition, Resource America, increases our assets under management to over $8 billion and opens new fundraising opportunities. Resource America’s investments emphasize consistent value creation and long-term returns with an income orientation. Resource Securities, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Resource America, has raised approximately $1.4 billion in the aggregate through a network of multiple independent broker-dealers. Resource America has over $4 billion AUM. Mortgage originations of $3.7 billion in the past twelve years. Zoning Reports PZR was founded in 1994 and created the concept of the Zoning Report (PZR Report®) in a simplified format as an alternative to an attorney opinion or engineer’s report. In 2016, PZR prepared over 12,500 PZR Reports® on real estate assets worth several billion dollars.
