PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

LEAD PROJECT CONTROL ANALYST – Thermal Service North America, July, 2015 – Present
• Manage the monthly closing process with the other Project Controllers in order to accurately report sales
and margin in a timely manner.
• Ensure all deadlines are met during the month end closing process.
• Attend semi-annual project reviews for all projects.
• Assist the Finance Director to complete the quarterly forecast for all large “O&M” contracts as well as
the transactional business.
O&M PROJECT CONTROLLER – Thermal Service North America, 2011 – Present
• Selected to be a data owner for our ERP migration (from JDEdwards to Powermax (SAP)).
• Successfully coordinated the migration of data from our former ERP system to our new system in
March, 2012.
• Responsible for the controlling of six projects with a combined sales price at completion of $478M.
• Prepare semi-annual project reviews in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager to report the
financial status of the project to the management team and once approved, update the estimates to
complete in the ERP.
• Calculate and update the milestone percentages in Powermax monthly when applicable in order to
accurately recognize revenue.
• Prepare monthly billings to the customer for their operation.
ACTING BUSINESS UNIT CONTROLLER – Thermal Service North America, 2011 – Present
• Execute transactions in Powermax to complete the month end closing.
• Complete reporting requirements in Teranga reporting system for the business unit.
• Assist in preparation of the forecast for the business unit ($216M in annual sales) on a monthly basis.
• Assist the Finance Director with preparation of the Area and Product Line reviews on a monthly basis.
• Liaise with External Auditors for semi-annual reviews to ensure all documentation is received.
• Assist the Finance Director with preparation of the Annual Budget and reports to the Management team.
SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – Gas Turbine Service, 2005 – 2011
• Reviewed status of transactional parts Sales Orders on a monthly basis to ensure proper revenue and
margin recognition.
• Processed accrual entries for the Business Unit based on the Sales Order review.
• Attended annual strategy meetings with management in order to gain information for preparation of
annual budget.
• Assisted in preparation of the forecast for the business unit ($181M in annual sales) on a monthly basis,
and the budget on an annual basis.
• Completed reporting requirements in Teranga reporting system for the business unit.

• Responsible for the controlling of 14 Long Term Service Agreement projects.
